But, when you track soil onto a damp fiber, it sticks to to the fiber, unlike a dry fiber where the soil sits on top of the fiber and is then easily vacuumed off. So if you walk on freshly cleaned and damp carpet just make sure to where clean socks, or we will be happy to provide shoe covers.

How long before the carpet is dry? Usually our carpets dry in 3-4 hours. There are several environmental factors, such as humidty and temperature that will effect drying time, but by taking the time to clean the carpets properly, with extra drying strokes with the wand, our carpets are usually dry to the touch in half a day, or less. Quality Carpet Care is trained and certified in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, water damage restoration, tile and stone care and we follow the guidelines of the IICRC to make sure that we provide our customers with the best service possible.
